Your Daily Verse Meditation

Sit or lay down quietly and begin to focus on breath.  Read the verse of the day.   Observe your Inner mind.  Allow yourself to relax.  Say the verse to your self 3 times.  Then focus inward and only observe, unattached to any other Thoughts, feeling or sensation, be the neutral observer.  So be it.  Continue 3 To 30 Minutes.

Simple Sacred Heart Meditation

  •   Using the logo image of the sacred heart.  Bring that awareness to your mind. Your Sacred Heart. Then place left hand on chest, heart.  Center on breath.  Bring awareness to heart center.  Focus on feelings of Gratitude and Appreciation.  Next engage your emotional body and FEEL Gratitude and Appreciation for your heart and cells.  Feel!  Continue 3 to 30 minutes.  Remain focused on breath and heart if mind wanders gently come back.

Gentle Yoga

This class is a gentle blend of simple but effective hatha yoga postures combined with a conscious breath. Gentle Yoga is mostly floor postures such as yoga stretches and twists. Experience stress release, increased flexibility and achieve a greater self awareness.  This class is great for the beginner.

Yoga for Energy

This class is an active blend of simple but effective hatha & Kundalini yoga postures combined with a conscious breath. Yoga for Energy is mostly standing postures with long hold times and movements with a strong breath.  Breath of fire is taught and practiced in this class.  Experience, stress release, increased flexibility, increased energy and achieve a clearer self awareness.  Good for students that want more of a workout type of class.

What is Yoga

Yoga is one of the oldest systems of personal development, dating back to as early as 4000 B.C. Yoga means “to unite with.” It promotes harmony and union between the body, mind and spirit, through specific postures and breath, coupled with the focus of the mind. There are many types of Yoga—Hatha, Kundalini, Mantra, Yantra, Tibetan, and Shamanic, to name a few.

I'm Not Very Flexible. Can I Still Do Energy Shift Yoga?

YES! Energy Shift Yoga is for all body types. By practicing Yoga you become flexible.

What is meditation?

Meditation is all about focusing inward and witnessing your inner space, your inner environment.  Meditation is about allowing the mind to become still and not actively engaging in the random mental distractions that occur while you are meditating. It is not trying not to think, but accepting the thoughts and distractions that come to mind and becoming the neutral observer.  Meditation is like self hypnosis.  Meditation can be seen as a way of “taking out the garbage” and keeping your inner space clean.  This is why a morning meditation can start your day off right, fresh and clean. 

What is Energy Shift Yoga?

When our bodies evolve from a low vibration to a high vibration we experience an “Energy Shift”. Yoga techniques such as Hatha, Kundalini, Tibetan, Shamanic etc., all encourage our energy matrix to vibrate at a higher, healthier rate. Energy Shift Yoga, uses a combination of all these techniques to establish a healthier, happier vibration. At a higher vibration, body, mind, and spirit unite and begin to operate as one. Where spirit leads mind and mind leads body. This is when the benefits of Energy Shift Yoga are experienced.

I Have A Physical Limiting Condition. Can I Still Do Energy Shift Yoga?

YES! The import thing in Yoga is to know and respect your body’s limitations. This is how we exercise self awareness and self responsibility.  Note: Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise

What are the benefits of meditation?

There are many benefits to meditating.  Meditation benefits your entire body, mind, and energy.  It provides stress relief, allowing you to relax physically and mentally.  Meditation is like taking an inner bath.  So, just as you shower every morning to feel fresh and clean, a morning meditation or daily meditation can have a similar effect.  Making you feel fresh and clean inside and out, mentally and physically.  When we are relaxed and stress free our bodies operate more efficiently, our cells and organs operate at optimun levels and we become less vulnerable to disease and illness.
